ESA Shope — Return & Refund Policy
At ESA Shope, your satisfaction is our priority.
RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@esashope.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
REFUNDS Please note that refunds are generally not allowed. However, if your item is received in a defective or damaged condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the issue has been verified.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@esashope.com with photos and your order number. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Items that do not meet the original return conditions
